**Job Overview**

In this role, you will provide internal IT support for “the client”, including building systems, setting up processes, maintenance and configuration changes and documentation of internal systems.

Management of the “the client’s” Azure and M365 environment including owning and driving security within these platforms.

Monthly operational and security reporting for all “the client’s” internal systems.

**Required Experience & Job Duties**:

- Active Directory security (LAPS, WDIGEST, LLMNR), Certificate issuing and management
- Active Directory, new user account creation, GPO configurations, integrations
- Networking experience (routing protocols, network address translation, etc)
- Office 365 Management - this includes all admin centres such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure and health checks
- Microsoft Azure: managing Microsoft Azure Active Directory and overall, Azure estate for the “the client’s” tenant. This includes understanding SSO and SAML and the Azure firewall.
- Microsoft Exchange experience, e.g. releasing quarantined mails, distribution group management, mail trace troubleshooting and configuration of mail rules
- VMware configuration and management
- Server patching. Working with the vulnerability team for vulnerabilities and patches that need to be addressed or applied on the internal Windows server environment
- Process documentation for new process implementations
- Health checks
- Working with “the client’s” internal support and staff to resolve requests logged on the helpdesk

**Advantageous Skills/Experience**:

- VMM - Virtual Machine Manager
- WSUS
- SCCM
- DUO
- Machine imaging technologies such as WDS
- Freshdesk
- Cloud technologies such as Tenable / Laceworks / Qualys / Attivo
