Car Wash Manager

Our company is looking for a Car Wash Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed;
- Maintain excellent customer service standards;
- Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs;
- Identify and resolve customer complaints;
- Hire and ensure all employees are trained according to policies;
- Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures;
- Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom;
- Maintain efficient personnel scheduling;
- Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations;
- Oversee daily business operations;
- Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner;
- Hold meetings to conform with company standards;
- Maintain safe environment and work experience;
- Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performa

- Car wash management experience;
- Professional look and demeanor;
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers;
- Good customer service skills;
- Has at least 2+ years of experience in a Car Wash business;
- Management experience;
- Mechanically inclined;
- Basic understanding of computer software;
- Good organization skills;
- Meets basic management competencies;
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize;
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
