**ROLE SUMMARY**

Responsible person will be required to develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for Paint Shop while providing technical and administrative support to the Operations and Engineering teams.

**POSITION DETAILS**
- Support Process Engineer to Maintain and Create Model related Process Sheets.
- Support Process Engineer with Engineering Changes of processes and FCRs
- Support Process Engineer to Maintain Model area related Control plan of Processes.
- Process Capability of related processes.
- Process Equipment of related processes & area.
- Maintain Process Audits of processes.
- Maintain and Create Model related OIS for Process Sheets.
- Aims issue closures.
- Support VRT meetings and requirements

**PERFORMANCE MEASURES / SUCCESS CRITERIA**
- Drive Quality Improvements on the shop floor
- Undertake root cause analysis and ensure Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA's) are implemented

**KNOWLEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)**
- Good behavioral and Leadership Skills
- Excellent English Oral and Written communication
- Ablilty to Analyze and Interpret Data Analysis
- Good Teamwork Ability
- Self-Motivated and results driven individual
- Read mechanical drawings and electronic schematics to ensure product specification and tolerances are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment; manage calibration and preventataive maintenance processes.
- Design tooling and fixture for manufacturing by collaborating with the mechanical and electrical engineering teams.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- National Diploma Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial & Electrical Engineering or Related.
- Minimum of 2-3 years within the Automotive Industry
- Minimum of 2 year experience within Paint Shop.
