Junior Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper required to complete the following duties on a monthly

Busy company looking for mature lady to manage our bookeeping office, daily/monthly duties include the below,

Cashbook capturing,

Bank reconciliation,

customer invoicing, pro formas,

petty cash recons and capturing,

supplier capturing and recons on pastel system,

vat reports,

Debit & credit journals,

age analysis reports, pastel reports,

year end completion,

(all on pastel Express version 19)

Pastel experience a definite must, own transport and preferable drivers licence and car, if possible

pastel payroll experience will be a huge advantage ,

working in small admin team of 5 ,

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 10 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License and Vehicle (required)
