Manage store operations by monitoring inventory, organizing staff work schedules, and providing store performance reports, procure new stock, manage staff, organize staff meetings, and perform other related duties that ensure the successful running of the store.

Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work. Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Liaising with suppliers and customers. Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Control and capturing timesheets of teams.
- Manage, service and maintenance teams.
- Directs the daily workflow and schedules of the department, coordinating staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Participate in all general retail store operations (processing transactions, restocking shelves, pricing products)
- Receive goods and verify these goods against the purchase orders by taking into account the quantity and quality of the received products
- Define the optimal layout according to the velocity of the products
- To ensure that the Store is in an impeccable condition at all times
- Responsible for all aspects of the receipt, storage, movement, supply and security of Material within area of responsibility
- Comply with and support the Health, Safety and Environment statements, policies and procedures ensuring that all H&S audits are carried out accordingly annual assessments.
- Manage Stock Take
- Developing staff, mentoring, coaching.
- Negotiating skills

**Requirements**:

- Valid Drivers Licence.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Knowledge of Eworks (ewm job systems) will be an added bonus.
- Knowledge of SOS inventory systems will be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
- Good communication abilities in both speech and writing.
- Good negotiations skills and problem solving.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain policies and procedures used in purchasing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Water filtertration knowledge is an advantage
- Pipe fitting and component knowledge is an advantage

**Education and Experience**
- Matric
- Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in related field required.
- At least two years of experience in related field required
- Knowledge of water filtration plants and equipment/components, ie. pipes, fitting, pumps etc

**Salary**
- Market related salary

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement and Planning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
