**ENTRY-LEVEL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- A Grade 12 certificate (preferred)
- Sound general handyman and building maintenance knowledge
- Proven passion for gardening and property upkeep
- 3 + years of Facility/Property maintenance experience, which includes sound garden maintenance experience
- A valid Code 8 Drivers license will be advantageous.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Perform general maintenance repairs which include but are not limited to:

- painting and brick work
- tilling, plastering, skimming
- plumbing repairs such as replacing washers, replacing cartridges, unblock drains, repairing or replacing the inner workings of the cistern
- electrical repairs such as wiring a bedside lamp, wire a 15Amp plug as well as replace a wall socket/ light switch
- Perform scheduled garden maintenance keeping the property in tip top shape
- Taking inventory and stock of all equipment, power tools and building materials
- Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals.
