**Description**:

- Check weekly cashflow
- Processing of cash books
- Bank reconciliations and weekly payments
- Processing of all ad hoc supplier and customer accounts / transactions
- Processing of all journals
- Reconciliation of branded transactions
- Ensure all processing is up to date
- Ensure all creditors and customers reconciliations have been done
- Managing debtors and creditors accounts
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare a month end file for internal audits purposes
- Ensure that correct procedures are followed for statutory reporting, completion of documents, submission and payments are done timeously i.e. VAT, EMP201
- Calculate and evaluate monthly bill of material
- Review and monitor stock control procedures
- Compile and trace data throughout a packhouse syste
- Build reports and/or data extracts to support business analysis
- Ensure all packhouse data reconcile to pastel. Producer accounts / Inventory / Wholesale
- Forecast an analyze producer income
- Assist with preparation of financial statements data and annual external audit file

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 with Mathematics and / or Accounting
- National Diploma in Accounting Sciences
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in accounting
- Pastel Accounting will be a pre requisite
- Exposure to production systems will be an advantage
- Packhouse experience will be an advantage
- Effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Maintain an effective performance level under pressure
- Systematically organize activities and set time frames and priorities
- Excellent communication skills (English: verbal and written, other languages will be an advantage)
- Must be able to perform calculations and prepare detailed reports
- Strong computer skills(MSOffice: Excel,Word,Outlook)
- Must take initiative
- Excellent administration skills
- Must be able to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
