Paint Experienced, Colour Matcher

**Salary**: Aiming to recruit a highly skilled colour matcher who is looking for a change in environment. Salary will be based on experience, please forward a copy of your latest payslip with your CV for us to make an offer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customising paint colours to meet customers’ requirements.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent customer service together with expert product knowledge.
- Ability to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
- Ensure individual targets are met consistently.
- Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards in order to maximise sales.
- Adhere to stock loss control in store.
- Proccessing transactions & quotations.
- Understand, accept and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Receiving in stock & other general store functions.
- Create an inspiring environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum requirement:_
- 5 years of paint & hardware retail experience
- Expert colour matching ability - a practical colour matching test will be conducted in round 2 of interviewing process.
- Matric or equivalent
- Clear criminal record
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of Duram / Plascon & Dulux computer tinting systems
- Knowledge of Excelsior Paints & Tinting systems as well as IQ Retail will be considered **highly** advantageous.
- Reliable transport
