The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all Product Marketing functions & deliverables are achieve for SAF Product Vehicle lines

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES (KSA)**
- Strong understanding of the Market Equation deliverables and GPDS Gateways.
- Self-starter capable of operating independently on multiple tasks while ensuring Project deadlines are met.
- Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills required for external & Senior Management interaction.
- Ability to simplify complex issues, develop a compelling point of view and persuasively make a case for change that leads to action.
- Overall business acumen and ability to develop innovative strategic and tactical marketing actions.
- Ability to manage and work in a matrix organization with multiple business disciples, different cultures, and time zones.

**QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred.
- 5 years automotive experience in Marketing & Sales.
- Leadership experience in Marketing & Sales.
- Previous Product Marketing experience preferred.
- Experience with Ford's Global Product Portfolio.
- Experience working multiple business disciples, different cultures, and time zones.
- Ensure the Voice of the Customer inputs and all GPDS Marketing Deliverables are met for future model programs.
- Support Marketing Managers (Market & Vehicle Line) on all assigned product related studies, questions, contribution margin improvement actions, complexity reduction actions, and product reviews at vehicle line level.
- Direct the Market Equation development that includes product, packaging, pricing actions, as well as program volumes and take rates to maximize customer desirability and company/dealer profitability.
- Define and communicate SAF Product Marketing strategies on the Vehicle Line Tiering I,II,III.
- Communicate key Ford brand initiatives from the IMG level as they relate to current and future vehicle lines (Portfolio analysis, product implementation, timing and experiential elements).
- Support the collection and maintenance of market/competitive data on assigned vehicle lines.
- Support IMG / SAF / Sr Management with presentation materials for Key Dealer interfaces (Motor Shows, and Annual Dealer Meetings).
- Direct Cycle Plan studies and input.
- Ensure the Cycle Plans established have FPVs & Capacity Planning aligned with SAF Business Plan Objectives.
- Ensure the local Product Vehicle Attributes to support the CBG Sales & Contribution Business Plan.
- Promote communication with other Emerging Market Groups representing the other CBG's to identify common goals. Establishing a business case through combining volumes & creating a critical mass.
- Ensure PDL & Order Guide accuracy for SAF product group.
- Ensure SAF Product Marketing supports other IMG Business Groups.
- Ensure in-market segmentation share coverage are maintained.
