**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the curriculum aligns with curriculum standards, as well as the vision and goals of the school.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging online resources, lessons, and activities.
- Monitor the delivery of lessons to ensure consistent quality and adherence to the curriculum.
- Analyse student performance data to identify areas for improvement in both instruction and curriculum.
- Collaborate with other leaders and teachers to implement strategies that support student achievement.
- Participate in regular meetings with school leadership to report on curriculum and instructional progress and challenges.
- Participate in external workshops, conferences, and professional networks to further enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching in online or blended learning environments.
- Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
- Strong technology skills, especially related to online education tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
