**Job Description**:

- **Learnership Electrician x 5**:

- **Learnership Measurement Control & Instrumentation Mechanician x 5**:

- **Learnership Millwright x 2**

Our Three-year Artisan Learnership Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with classroom and on-the-job/core training at the abovementioned operations (Rustenburg Base Metals Refinery (RBMR), Waterval Smelter, Acid Plant (ACP), Precious Metals Refinery (PMR)). This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference. As you progress through your Artisan learnership program, we will help you discover your real capability and develop your skills as an Artisan.

**Training Programs for Artisan Learner**:

- 1st year: Institutional training at ESTC, Engineering Skills Training Centre.
- 2nd year: On-the-job/core training at the abovementioned operations (Rustenburg Base Metals Refinery (RBMR), Waterval Smelter, Acid Plant (ACP), Precious Metals Refinery (PMR)
- 3rd year: Complete trade test
- Qualifications
- Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science and English (all with minimum 40% pass), or

**Trade Test Requirements**
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Relevant Trade Theory
- Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings

**Important: Applications without certified copies of qualification/s and proof of residence will not be considered**

Additional Information
- Learnership Conditions:

- Must be prepared to work in a demanding plant environment
- Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
- Must have a medical certificate of fitness or able to obtain one
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proof of Residence must be supplied with valid and relevant tribal stamp from your tribal leader or municipal office
- A valid South African Driver’s license will be advantageous.
