**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

To gain on the job experience whilst completing a qualification in IT Administration

**REPORTING TO: GROUP CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with IT related faults logged on Helpdesk
- Server room checks (aircons, servers, switches etc.)
- Implementation of Anti-virus software and other packages as required
- Maintenance on network devices

**KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS**
- Fast learner
- Team player

**REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**
- Matric
- Studying towards an IT qualification - Comptia A+ N+ S+, CCNP, CCNA, Microsoft 365, VMware, Veeam, Fortinet NSE 4
- Previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
