The Quality Administrator controls the quality and safety related systems and procedures in the organization in order to meet management expectations whilst maintain a Quality Management System that complies with international standards and those of our customers._
- **_Quality:_**
- _To control the company measuring system and calibration processes to ensure all measuring systems used within the company meet the required standards of accuracy._
- _Manage Change Controls and administer Change Control system._
- _Control SOP system._
- _Control Corrective Action Report system_
- _Compile Quality reports_
- _Compile PSA reports_
- _Control Supplier Non-conformance system_
- _Control Customer warranty claims_
- _Control Goods return voucher system_
- _Compile Part weight tracking reports_
- **_Document Control:_**
- _Ensure that appropriate records are properly controlled. Manage the proper storage and filing of controlled documents._
- _Ensure that documents are stored and preserved in terms of any internal as well as statutory requirements for the required retention periods as applicable._**_ _**

**_3. Safety Control:_**
- _
- _Coordinate the safety management programs within the company to meet legislative requirements and minimize risks to employees within the organisation._
- _Chair monthly safety committee meetings._
- _Ensure that safety representatives complete regular monthly reports. Review and approve safety representative report ensuring that appropriate action is taken through the safety committee. _
- _Report and take actions on any other issue that may endanger the safety of employees._
- _Hold regular inspections to ensure that all precautions are taken and safety measures are in place._
- _Educate staff and management on how to prevent and avoid accidents by holding training sessions on slips and falls, proper lifting techniques, electrical hazards, ladder safety, handling toxic chemicals and first aid._
- _Ensure that safety equipment such as fire extinguishers are in place and in working condition._
- _Conduct Health & Safety Audits_
- _Conduct Toolbox Talks_
- _Conduct Safety Inductions_
- _Conduct Risk Assessment_
- The Quality Administrator assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager._

- _Three plus years of progressive experience at an administrative level within the quality function. _
- _ISO 9000 quality management qualification._***
- Three plus years of experience at auditing the ISO 9000 Quality Management System. _
