Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with employees
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Conduct data entry and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Utilize HR software systems such as Staffbook24(Applicant Tracking System), Listner, VIP, etc.
- Manage social media platforms for HR-related content

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
