**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent.
- Post matric accounting diploma would be beneficial.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2-3 Years in Finance Department.
- Ability to handle complex transactions.

**Job Specification**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Documents financial transactions by entering account information,
- Process and perform daily reconciliations of internal financial systems,
- Process and perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts,
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls,
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements,
- Analysing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts,
- Maintain the administrative tasks associated with the accounting function,
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology,
- Attend to all queries from internal and external parties in a professional and timely manner,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and
- Perform any task that is reasonably requested by the employer.

**Job Type**: Permanent

- Kuils River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
