- 3 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Solid work track record with references.

**JOB OVERVIEW**
- Implementation and management of maintenance system
- Responsible for preventative maintenance tasks, weekly, monthly, annually
- Ensure that machines can achieve operational efficiency as determined by managing director
- Uphold safety and housekeeping standards in line with OHSA and ensure compliance with all ISO system requirements.
- Fault finding during production and breakdowns
- Responsible for maintenance budget planning and controlling maintenance expenses
- Responsible for managing spare parts levels
- Experience with pumps, drives, motors, drains plumbing ect
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Attend to breakdowns and call outs as required
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new machines and/or equipment
- Team player
- Proactive systematic approach to tasks
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Good numeracy skills and computer literacy
- Valid Code B driver's licence

**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
