We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous Bookkeeper Temp to join a goal-oriented team.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED**
- Matric/Grade 12 equivalent

**NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE**
- Computer literacy

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Ensure that the required documentation has been received for processing purposes
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP ERP
- Documentation Management
- Receive sales invoices from Johannesburg, check for completeness and request missing invoices
- Scan all debtors’ invoices and file electronically on SharePoint
- File hard copies of all sales invoices in lever arch files in a number format (include an index page at the front of the file)
