Job Requirements:
Living in Centurion

Foreign Languages a bonus

Experience in the Conveyor industry

Experience in working with Crates and Freight

**Job Description**:

- General Administration, Data Capturing & Filing
- Requesting and Processing Quotes, GRN’s, Customer Orders, Supplier & Customer Invoices
- Prepare Export Documents
- Order Packaging Material
- Update Export Customers with shipping Information
- Check Export Goods
- Comply to all ISO 9001, 2008 requirements where applicable
- Report to your supervisor

**Required Skills**:
Knowledgeable of transport methods, costs and benefits

Attention to detail and well organised

Working under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Mathematical Skills

**Salary**: Negotiable, plus benefits (Medical Aid and Pension)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Exports Administration: 3 years (required)
- Freight: 2 years (required)
