Floor Supervisor

Our liquor store in Umhlali Ballito is in need of a Floor Supervisor to join our team.
You will be responsible to effectively plan, control and monitor the performance of the Floor Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with stock control - conduct spot checks daily to ensure all stock is neatly displayed - no expired stock, ensure that the store’s control systems are implemented accurately and timeously.
- Maintain general housekeeping.
- Ensure that staff always adheres to the Company Health and Safety regulations.
- Pricing to be accurate - conduct spot checks.
- POS - all products to have neat and tidy pricing.
- Perform any administrative functions related to this position.
- Be able to take initiative and have a positive attitude.
- Be able to operate independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail throughout the store.
- Motivation and supervision of staff
- Marketing and customer relations

**Qualification required**
- Grade 12

± 3 years supervisory experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlali, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
