Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Lead employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Utilize social media platforms for HR branding and recruitment purposes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in HR software such as ADP or similar systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with HR sourcing techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
