**Flooring Salesperson (JB3364)**
Kramerville, Gauteng
R12 000.00 to R15 000.00 + Commission (Target Based)

**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12
A certificate or diploma will be advantageous
5 years proven experience in flooring product sales
A good understanding of different flooring types, materials, and installation methods will be an advantage.
Experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, developers, builders and high-end clients
Motivated individual that can work with sale targets.
Sourcing new clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with customers and effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs, provide product information, and offer expert advice on suitable options.
Demonstrate flooring samples, explain features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns.
Assist customers in making informed decisions by presenting competitive pricing and helping them choose the best flooring solution for their specific requirements.
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess flooring requirements, measure spaces accurately, and identify potential challenges or constraints.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project management process.
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, building trust and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
