You will collaborate closely with our team of brilliant developers, guiding them towards the manifestation of our digital dreams. Your ability to decipher complex requirements and transform them into well-crafted user stories will be crucial to our success.

**Responsibilities & Duties include**:

- Evaluate and improve business processes, anticipating requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions, evolving the product roadmap and vision.
- Support the Scrum team in understanding and prioritising business requirements.
- Enhance and maintain the backlog based on stakeholder input.
- Provide user story details and priorities during sprint planning.
- Review and optimise business processes, staying updated on advancements.
- Conduct meetings, share insights and document results.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
- Gather critical information, produce useful reports, and act as a liaison.
- Perform user acceptance testing and update procedures.
- Prioritise initiatives based on business needs.
- Train internal users and create business cases based on analysis.
- Stay updated on new technologies for possible further learning.

**Requirements/skills**:

- Undergraduate degree (Honours preferred) required.
- Minimum 4 years of agile Product Ownership experience.
- Consulting background advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving mindset.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of successful project completion.
