**Key Responsibilities**:

- Re-clad your home
- Warm up your home
- Outdoor renovation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retrofitter, Renovator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in a variety of construction and renovation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification or training in relevant trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction/ Architecture/ Engineering, NQF Level 3 and 4 or more advanced skills and knowledge, or similar with relevant experience in bricklaying and/or masonry preferred
- National Artisan Certificate (NAC), equivalent or higher
- Must be a member of any SAQA relevant professional bodies, equivalent or higher.
- Strong knowledge of brick laying construction techniques

**Experience**:

- Must have at least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawing.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 48 months

**Salary**: From R707,00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
