Retentions Agent

We are looking for English speaking, high energy and extremely motivated sales agents for our office based in Melrose arch ,Johannesburg.

Position - English Speaking Sales Agent

Working hours: Monday to Friday (Including lunch break + smoke breaks)

Day shift between 6:00 AM and 14:00pm Night shift between 2:30 PM - 01:30 AM Monday to Thursday, Fridays our night shift ends at 10:30 PM.

Base Salary: R20 000 - R35 000 Promotions and Bonuses

Main Roles and responsibilities: - Contact customers provided to you by the firm (not cold calling) by telephone to introduce yourself and our services. - Establish and maintain positive customer relationships. - Achieve agreed upon sales targets

Job requirements: - Advanced English (1st language) - High energy and highly motivated individuals

Must have your own transport. Must be flexible to put in extra hours to better your ability and results. Experience: Must have basic sales experience including - Negotiating and closing deals Dealing with customers Managing clients Basic computer skills Good with numbers and percentages

NB NO cashiers and waitresses, Need a salesman and saleswoman with work experience.
