Warehouse Generalist

Overview:
The Warehouse Generalist will be responsible to perform general housekeeping duties, assisting in other warehouse functions as well as taking product samples for testing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking product samples for various purposes.
- Assist with container loading.
- Assist with re-labelling products.
- Clean warehouse and production floor.
- Clean dedicated outside areas around building.
- Empty dust bins.
- Cleaning and hygiene care of skips storage area.
- Managing the skips and ensure area is clean.

Qualifications:

- Grade 10.
- Ability to understand processes and procedures.
- Understanding of warehouse standards and procedures.
- Language Skills:

- Must have written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to express clearly in English.
- Reasoning Ability:

- Ability to analyze and solve basic problems in area of responsibility.
- Work Environment:

- Must be able to work in a team.
- Accuracy.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must able to mentally focus on reading 10-digit batch numbers.
- Physical Demands:

- Employee must be able to stand and walk all day.
- Employee must be able to lift minimum of 25kg bags all day.
