**MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION**

The main purpose of this position is to ensure that incoming stock is unloaded and stored correctly and safely in the warehouse. When orders come in, he checks, receives, and locates the items needed and prepares them for dispatch/loading. When heavy goods are concerned, you will be entailing to driving a forklift, for which special training and a license are required.

Responsibilities includes storing materials, picking, packing orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Managing all functions of stock and equipment. They also track inventory movement, ensuring every movement is documented.

**1. **REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

a) Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.

b) Proficiency in inventory software, database, and systems

c) Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

d) Good organisational and time management skills

e) Ability to lift heavy objects.

f) Forklift license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
