**Job Purpose**: To manage disability claims within client portfolio, perform disability assessments and consult to clients with regards to disability, incapacity and absenteeism.
**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- BSc Occupational Therapist / BSc Physiotherapist (or equivalent Bachelor’s degree)
- 2 - 3 years clinical experience
- Experience in the health risk management or insurance industry preferable
- Must be registered with HPCSA

- Compile incapacity and ill health assessments
- Liaise with the client
- Compile reports to clients, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Liaise with treating and independent medical professionals

**Consulting**:

- Consult with clients on absenteeism, disability, ill health and incapacity issues

**Client Management**:

- Ensure that the client is satisfied with the service received in terms of the claims management
- Conduct training sessions and presentations to clients
- Compile reports and present to clients
- Compile and perform trend analysis
- Ensure status report are accurate and are sent to client as required Case Management
- Ensure claims (incapacity and disability) allocated meet the required standard
- Deal with Client queries
- Ensure effective communication with role players involved in the claims process
