- Data capturing on numerous systems and spreadsheets
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily, weekly, monthly transactions
- Ad hoc finance administration
- Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys
- Achieve reasonable performance targets as set by the Employer
- Provide the Employer with periodic reports and feedback
- Manage work flows and priority setting
- Take part in and contribute to meetings
- Ensure optimum service levels
- Exercise utmost care to come across as professional, effective, knowledgeable and helpful in all professional dealings, but in dealings with clients in particular
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure accurate information is provided to the finance department
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, _Finance Assistant_ or similar role
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks, Xero, SAP
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using financial Excel functions)
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time-management and organization skills
- Problem solving
- Basic understanding of contracts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Riding, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
