- To lead, manage and guide a team of VAPS Telesales consultants to reach required targets.**Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to**
- Leading and managing a team of telesales agents
- Performance Management, coaching and developing team
- Achieve required targets and accountability for the teams’ overall sales targets
- Call quality (QA) of own team, including call coaching
- Escalated query handling from various stakeholders
- Monthly 1:1 and performance discussions with team members
- Adhere to and enforce internal policies and procedures
- Inspire, motivate and support team
- Able to work overtime from time to time, which may include weekends.

**Education and Experience**
- Matric (Essential)
- Full FAIS qualification in Short term Insurance (Essential)
- RE5 for representative (Essential)
- Class of business certificate (Essential)
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) certificate (Essential)
- 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- 3 years’ experience in an advisory role within a short term insurance environment (Essential)
- 3 years’ experience of leading a VAPS or similar sales team in a call centre environment (Essential)
- Computer literate - MS office (Essential)
- Degree (Advantageous)
