We are a fast-paced panel beating business looking for a quality controller. We hold a very high quality of workmanship on all the repairs that are carried out on our vehicles. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can maintain the quality of workmanship delivered to customers.

Minimum Requirements
- Willingness to work shifts and over time as and when required
- Strong technical and diagnostic ability
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with technology and product developments

Job Specification
- Quality control paint work
- Quality control fitting of ones and parts
- Quality control of vehicle repairs
- Quality control mechanical function
- Check job cards & sign off
- Prepare vehicle handover
- Sign job cards
- Ability to work with co-managers
- Ensuring paperwork is in order for delivery
- Assisting customers with queries
- Assisting employees with queries
- Planning & executing ontime deliveries of vehicles for that day/week/month
- Able to conduct/facilitate meetings
- Great problem solving techniques
- Leadership qualities

- To assist in other functions that will benefit the company or production thereof.
- Willing to go the extra mile in order to make sure all their duties are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Willing to learn.
- **More important requirements**:_
- Customer service and liaising is important and we require someone who has excellent customer service skills.
- Employee must have their own vehicle.
- Employee is required to dress smart, being well presentable at all times, be well-spoken, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Company management is meticulous and has emphasised the importance of being accurate, structured, well organised, professional and diligent, paying attention to detail.

We are not looking to employ a clock worker but rather someone that is willing to put in the hours to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Working hours may vary according to the employer but estimated time is 07:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays half day when requested

We are looking for a sharp individual who is quick on their toes to solve problems and keep this moving.

Salary is dependant on years experience, qualifications, etc.

A qualified panelbeater / spraypainter is a bonus.
