**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in built enviroment.
- Sound knowledge and relevant experience of tender/bid administration
- Excellent typing skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Previous experience within the technical security industry would be advantageous
**Responsibilities**
- Successful completion of tender documents
- searching for tenders online
- Review of completed tender documents
- Adhoc administration duties in the office
- Updating of tender reports on a monthly basis
- Maintain necessary filling system monthly.
- Handover of awarded tenders/contracts.
- Other adhoc office tasks
