**Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary qualification (will be advantageous)
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Viticultural management skill
Minimum 5 years proven management and farm management experience
Attention to detail
Strong managerial skills
Strong organisational skills
Hands on team player
Willingness and ability to execute administrative tasks
Experience with budget planning, costing and financial forecasting & control
Monthly reporting, budget & cashflow forecasting, asset & inventory management
Accreditations/certifications (IPW, SAWIS), and ethical audits (WIETA)
Proficient level of computer literacy MS Office, Excel, Ezy, WineMS
Effective cost control
Teamwork & leadership skills
Effective communication skills
Familiar with labour practices, Health and Safety and IPW rules and regulations
Time management skills
Problem solving and decisional skills
Sound mechanical skills (basic service & maintenance of machinery & equipment & infrastructure including irrigation systems)
Excellent communication and human relations skills
Valid driver’s license code 10 and PDP
Willing & flexible to work extended hours
Willing to assist with general duties as requested by management
