RAF Litigation Secretary required for La Lucia branch of national personal injury law firm. Experience dealing with the Road Accident Fund legislation (post 2008)
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to work with a file independently
- Experience in RAF Litigation in general and in particular with claims post 2008
- Must have experience dealing with Road Accident Fund matters acting on behalf of the plaintiff from lodging the claim through the High Court litigation process
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- People and administrative skills
- Client relationship skills
- Ability to speak Zulu an advantage but not a requirement
