RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced TEMPORARY CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL for a well-established concern, position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
5yrs+ previous working experience in conveyancing with supervisory experience.
Para Legal would be an added advantage.
Basic bookkeeping experience.
Drawing up of transfer documents.
Property transfers.
SARS.
Lodgments.
Posting fees and final accounts.
Attend to signing of documents.
Attending to client queries.
Maintenance of records.
Diary files.
Filing.
Person will be required to assist the conveyancer and attend to the transfer of a property from a seller to a purchaser and ensuring that all correct procedures are followed.
