**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the logistics team to ensure optimal performance through evaluations.
- Install improvement initiatives to contribute to skills development.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of stock
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special delivery arrangements as necessary
- Tracking and fixing delivery errors
- Preparing invoices
- Managing distribution and delivery budgets
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a Certificate or Diploma in Logistics
- Min 3 - 5 years’ experience

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
