**About the Lodge**:
**Location**: Modimolle

**Accommodation**: 6 Rooms (16 Fixed Beds)

**What We're Looking For**:
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in a 3/4-star lodge or hotel environment

**Skills**: Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and financial acumen

**Responsibilities**: Managing all aspects of lodge operations, including food and beverage, stock control, and guest satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Excellence**: Maintain top-notch standards in all lodge outlets, focusing on cost control, stock management, and quality assurance in food and beverage services.

**Team Management**: Lead, organise, and supervise day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

**Financial Oversight**: Handle all financial aspects, including budgeting, reporting, and labor-related matters.

**Guest and Staff Engagement**: Build strong relationships with guests and staff to uphold high satisfaction levels.
