- Eletronic company is looking for a dynamitic person to join their dispatch team.
- Ensure that the correct parcels are issued to the correct customer and that all parcels and labelling have been checked in accordance with the delivery notes by the customers and security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that a professional and friendly service is provided to customers at all times.
- Ensure that parcels on the collection shelves are in alphabetical order (A-Z).
- Ensure that accuracy is maintained when identifying the correct parcels.
- Ensure that parcel quantity is checked.
- Ensure that cash transactions or CODs are only dispatched to the client if it is accompanied by system captured payment.
- Ensure that all checks have been completed.
- Ensure that the counter and front office dispatch area is always neat ,clean and presentable.
- Ensure stock within dispatch is neatly packed in designated areas.
