Purpose of Position:

To manage, co - ordinate and conduct training to the nursing staff to ensure the desired competency levels are maintained and to assist with administrative duties within the Nursing service department.
Requirements:

National Diploma: Nursing, Registered Facilitator, SANC Registration in Relevant Register

Required Experience:
Knowledge: LIS system, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: Nursing Council Scope of Practice, Knowledge: Relevant Nursing Procedures, Nursing experience within a hospital and/or laboratory environment, Training experience in the nursing field
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with phlebotomy procedures in order to ensure effective service delivery, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Manage and co - ordinate the nursing services training programs in order to ensure that sufficient competency levels are maintained, Perform general training related administration tasks in order to ensure effective recording and storage of relevant data
