**The Job at a Glance**

Reporting to the Head HRBP, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection of all new hires at permanent, temporary, project resourcing as well as graduates at various levels.

**What will You Bring?**

Prepare, update and place adverts and announcement on internal and external job boards/platforms.

Own the interview process by preparing packs, creating competency based and technical interview questions based on the job specification and profile.

Engage with hiring managers to provide input into technical interview questions (based on seniority of the role).

Conduct ICT checks, criminal and qualification verifications for prospective employees.

Provide input into the case studies and share with the hiring manager for further suggestions

NQF Level 7: Degree in HR or related.

5 years’ relevant work experience.

Sound proven experience in end to end Recruitment
