**Requirements**
- Grade 12
- Relevant degree/diploma in a related field, such as marketing, business administration, communication or journalism.
- 5 - 10 years related experiences.
- Excellent command of the English language including written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical writing and editorial skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in bid writing or proposal development.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into understandable text and graphics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of operational environments (preferably in Facilities Management Services).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong presentation skills.

Pay: R35,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
