We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager who is passionate, self-motivated, and is a detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. Who will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Hold excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, efficient and passionate about sales and customer relationship.
- Be well versed in Financial Management, drafting and management of Budgets, Reconciliations and Reporting
- Ensure that all service queries and problems are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Conduct regular account reviews.
- Achievement of sales targets, retaining and growing customer base

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Post Matric Qualification in Sales/Marketing.
- At least 5 years experience in the sales environment preferably IT with a minimum of 5 years experience at Key Account Management level.
- Advanced Excel experience essential
- Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced
- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
- Sales/Marketing in an IT environment will be beneficial
- Own vehicle
- Fully computer and MS Office literate. Intermediate to advance.
- FAIS and FICA compliant an advantage and RE certification beneficial.
- Must be able to analyse reported sales data and identify areas where opportunities lie and implement strategies to improve sales and conversion.
- Persuasiveness and selling ability.
- Verbal ability and communication skills.
- Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people.
- Ability to manage self and territory.
- must be able to demonstrate knowledge in channel strategy management and making the deal.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills are critical
- Budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Ability to present and influence with credibility at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and with accuracy.
- Experience in managing a team of sales agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
