Duties will include but is not limited to:

- Conduct research and gather competitor intelligence.
- Identify and recruit appropriate speakers for the Event being produced
- Develop and finalise the Event agenda within stipulated timelines as set out below:

- Write promotional copy for marketing purposes
- Assist in speaker liaison, before and after each Event

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; internet savvy
- Possess an understanding of business trends and a flair for research

Competencies:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Good research and analytical skills
- Deadline-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- A team player and creative thinker
- Enthusiastic and committed

**Salary**: From R3,500.00 per month

Social distancing in office, Mask worn at all times. Sanitization frequently is a must.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
