**Job Summary**Responsibilities***:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets and resources allocation.
- Collaborate and review with colleagues of South Africa, multiple teams at head office based in South Korea during bid stage on cost estimate of onshore activities including transport, equipment installation, testing and pre-commissioning in particular.
- Review complete bid documents in line with the local regulations, practice and law with sales manager.
- Manage subcontractors’ offer validity and assist procurement team to ensure the executed subcontract is based on the initial project budget.
- Coordinate with local subcontractors on projects to meet with project deadlines.
- Participate in seminar, design review, technical and construction site meetings with customers
- Arrange route survey during bid or implementation stage of a project, and participate construction site survey and report preparation
- Report regularly on project progresses to branch CEO and Headquarters in Korea.
- Resolve on-site quality issues during onshore activities with equipment installation supervisors, and service engineers at head office.
- Create and develop site documents including but not limited to safety work methods statement, environmental assessment, risk assessment, transport plan, inspection and test procedure
- Conduct site & route survey by appointing a person in charge within the local organization or using an outsourcing company.
- Regular visits to customers to collect voice of customer
- Minimize variation costs arising from undefined additional works of the Erection Subcontractor
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, approval be client and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and project management together with best practices.**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications**

**1.**
**Engineering Qualification**
- Understanding substation systems & equipment of varying size and complexity under the direction of Electrical Engineering Manager. Activities may include, but not be limited to, the following:
- 1) Understanding of Basic theory of power equipment such as transformer, circuit breaker,- substation or balance of plant including single line diagram, Layout- 2) Good understanding of high volatage equipment design, manufacturing, installation and testing- 3) Strong knowledge in project process from bid to completion of the works- 4) Good understanding for global electric standard(IEC) and South African code & standard- 5) Ability to review equipment & system specifications and determine whether the supplied- equipment meet the client’s requirement & specification.- 6) Have experiences for coordinating equipment delivery and design engineering to meet construction- schedules.**2.**
**General qualification.**
- 1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering/project management, or a related field or equivalent.- 2) Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.- 3) Excellent communication and leadership skills.- 4) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- 5) Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.- 6) Experience with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project,- 7) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- 8) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- 9) No Limitation for overseas work/travel.**What Qualification**
