**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**
To administer funded and unfunded learnership implementation and to ensure SETA compliance for the registration and exiting of learners.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The duties include the following**:
Quality assurance of learnership documents
Prepare funded and unfunded learner documents for SETA submission.
Capture learner details on SETA learner registration system
Administer funded and unfunded learner terminations and submission of documents to SETA
Administer the submission of unfunded and funded learnership registration.
Seta liaison
Capturing of learner achievements/ results on SETA systems
Generating LA numbers for External Moderation
Prepare and request external moderation and advise Campus ETQA on the requirements.
Learner progress monitoring and working with learner POE’s.
Store, administer and manage the storage of POE’s.
Learning material quality assurance
Preparation and approval of rollout plans
Manage learner certificate process.
Assist with other department administrative duties.
Provide necessary ETQA support the campuses to meet operational objectives and deadlines.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Post matric qualification.
- An assessor certificate will be advantageous.
- Driver’s License will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SETA systems (minimum 1year experience)
- Data capturing experience (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Learnership administration experience

- Computer literacy
- SETA systems knowledge
- Basic financial and invoicing skills
- Data capturing
- Knowledge of SETA Systems
- Understanding of discretionary grant implementation process
- Attention to details.
