**Scope & General Purpose of the Job**

To efficiently manage the purchasing, receipt, storage and control of consumable and non-consumable goods

**Responsible to**:
Project Manager

**In communication with**:
Project Manager

**Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements**:
Minimum Education / Qualification:
**Grade 12**

Minimum Level / Years of Experience:
**3 years’ experience in a similar role**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Planning & Ordering of Consumable and Non Consumable Goods
- Receiving & Storing of Consumable and Non Consumable Goods
- Issuing of Consumable and Non Consumable Goods
- Stock Management & Control
- General Assistance
- Self-Management

**Competencies and Skills Requirements**:

- Communication Skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Financial Skills, able to grasp financial concepts & perform job related calculations to meet the requirements of the position.
- Administrative Skills, able to perform administrative tasks accurately to achieve required outcomes
- Planning and Organising Skills, able to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Visual Perception, able to perceive correctly and in visual detail

**Additional Skills Requirements**:

- Computer literacy in POS packages

- Insufficient experience
