**Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently list and manage products on e-commerce platforms, specifically Takealot and Makro Marketplace.
- Demonstrate expertise in the process of printing labels and packaging to ensure accurate and professional presentation of products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketplace guidelines and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and inventory management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to product listings promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in listing and managing products on Takealot and Makro Marketplace.
- Proficiency in printing labels and packaging processes.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality product listings.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and addressing customer queries.
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
