Job Requirements

**Requirements**:
A minimum of a three-year Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years' relevant working experience. Communication skills, computer skills as well as the ability to work within a team context and independently. Knowledge of standard office procedures and good public relations.

**Duties**:

- To provide administrative support to the Technology Transfer Office function at the University of Venda
- Facilitate logistics of the TTO office operations (e.g. travel, meetings, workshops and training),
- Stakeholder database management (i.e. updating, recording and filing TT related information),
- Record keeping,
- Provide logístical support for IP&TT related awareness activities
