Up for a new challenge, feel you can make a difference? The Claims Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to join the Business Claims Investigations Team in 2023 as a Business Investigator. Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 Minimum Experience
- Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience
- Minimum 5 years Claims experience
- Minimum 3 years Claims Investigations experience
- Solid understanding of TIA and MIA claims system and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations and legal department processes
- Commercial Claims experience will be beneficial Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Managing validations of business claims, all skill sets.
- Reaching company goals and targets set for the BI Investigations department.
