Downstream Specialist

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that all downstream processes are functioning correctly.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained to a high standard to delivery required output.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve overall efficiency of the department
- Ensuring top quality products are produced
- Practicing a high standard of housekeeping and safety
- Any other duties reasonably requested by supervisor or other
- Prepared to work overtime when required

**Requirements**:

- N3 (mechanical or electrical) as a minimum (N4 or higher preferred)
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude
- At least 3 years of work experience in production and/or manufacturing (FMCG or similar)
- Experience in the setup of labelers and cameras is essential.
- Exposure to Injection or blow moulding is advantageous
- Setting and/or Mechanical experience in production is essential
