Please note that due to the nature of our products, the role will involve moving products around the store and performing some cleaning tasks to maintain the store's condition for our customers.
As our busiest times often coincide with evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, you will be expected to cover some of these shifts as part of your working week. However, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of balancing work commitments with personal time.
**Skills needed**: We are seeking sales assistants with pride, passion, and a positive 'can do' attitude, committed to delivering impeccable customer service with professionalism. You should be driven to achieve sales targets and enjoy engaging with customers, adapting your approach to build rapport and identify their needs.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, possess confident communication skills, and be adept at identifying sales opportunities. You should also be resilient and resourceful, willing to try new approaches to contribute to the success of the store.
